La Palma 

The modern architect-designed villa with a unique design and dreamlike infinity pool is stately in a preferred secluded location on a small rock ledge in a climatically preferred altitude of 380 m above sea level below the village of Puntagorda and embodies the chill-out feeling "Pura Vida ".

From here you have a sensational panoramic view of the sea, the lovely coastal landscape and the impressive vegetation to the south, west and north and the mountains to the east. Very nicely laid out large and smaller palm trees around the villa as well as other tropical plants frame the outdoor facilities and many different stone terraces and give the modern villa a special charm. The ambience inside and outside the villa invite you to relax.

The villa, consisting of two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, an open, split-level living / kitchen area, inspires with a combination of simple elegance and inviting cosiness! Puristic modernity is very deliberately paired with Canarian tradition and the predominant white hue directs the view in every room through oversized glass fronts to the fascinating natural spectacles of the sea and the horizon. From every room of the villa, even from the bath and shower, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic sea view and sensational sunsets over the sea in every season!

The center of the architects' complex is the light-flooded designer kitchen with a cooking island and high-quality kitchen appliances from BOSCH (fridge and freezer, oven and induction stove). The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook and feast. The cooking pleasure is garnished by the wonderful view from the stove or bar of the vastness of the sea. Due to the split level to the living area and the oversized windows, you can enjoy an elevated view that extends into the distance.

The living area offers you a cozy sitting area with a custom-made leather sofa with chaise longue, a liquor bar, a 55 inch television (you can receive German, Spanish and other European channels via Astra satellite), a wine rack and an elegant dining table with comfortable leather chairs. The extensive kitchen equipment also includes a portafilter espresso machine, a juice press, wine / champagne buckets and beautiful wine, cognac and whiskey glasses. Whether you are reading, talking, watching TV, eating or drinking - from everywhere you have a wonderful view over the pool deck of the magical landscape and the Atlantic Ocean.

The two bedrooms with their individually connected en-suite bathrooms are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. This results in a lot of privacy and a separate terrace in front of the bedrooms. From both private rooms you have a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and also from the bathroom. The double beds (each 1.80 x 2.0 meters) offer maximum sleeping comfort. This is ensured by orthopedic natural rubber mattresses from German manufacture and anti-allergic treatment with neem tree seed extract. All bed linen has an organic certification. We want you to relax while you sleep!

Two electronically operated skylights framed in the individually designed roof domes offer a view of the fascinating starry sky of La Palma from inside the house. The architecturally unique inner roof domes can be illuminated with LED strips in white and a wide variety of colors and offer ideal lighting conditions depending on your state of health and activity.

The furniture in the outside area shows - as in the inside area - the highest quality. You will find luxury loungers with 10 cm high cushions and an extra width of 1 m, which guarantee relaxed lying. A chill-out hanging chair for 2 people invites you to read, chat, dream and look at the sea. A large wooden table with 6 rattan armchairs offers enough space for dining with friends. In the open-plan old Canarian house on the lower terrace there is a modern gas grill. On this level there is another dining area with a table. The old Canarian house can also be used as a sun and wind-protected area to lie down and relax.

The modern white infinity pool is particularly suitable for swimming due to its dimensions (2.70 x 10 meters). The skin-friendly salt water pool is electronically controlled and ensures an ideal pH value at all times. It can be heated by a heat pump via a photovoltaic system belonging to the villa, so that nothing stands in the way of swimming fun even in the winter months. However, due to the weather, we cannot guarantee ideal water temperatures at all times.

All cabinets in the living room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as the beds are made to measure from wood by a local carpenter.

And last but not least, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection: A 11.1 KWp photovoltaic system enables almost 100% self-sufficiency, while a reliable backup system ensures that there are no restrictions on the power supply. We have also added a charging station for electric cars to the installation. As a free service, we offer our guests the opportunity to charge their electric car with the available surplus energy. A drinking water filter system saves you the hassle of lugging water bottles and helps to avoid plastic. The waste system in the kitchen allows you to separate waste easily (meanwhile, waste separation and recycling is also taken care of on La Palma).
