The Villa Perla del Mar is a holiday home of the absolute luxury class and, in addition to a modern, but cozy house concept, impresses above all with its unique secluded location directly on the steep coast below the village of Puntagorda in a climatically preferred altitude of approx. 370 m above sea level Here you can enjoy privacy and privacy, as well as plenty of seating and lounging options around the pool area. Due to the absolutely secluded location, a relaxed nudist holiday is also possible here. The view from inside and outside is breathtaking! The sea is at your feet and you can enjoy a 180-degree panoramic sea view from the villa. Hard to imagine, but with a view to the west you are in the "last house" to the American continent - more sea is not possible!

The high-quality architect-designed villa combines Mediterranean style elements, such as stone walls, antique wooden doors and exposed roof beams, with modern, puristic elegance. The enormous window areas let the house become one with the surrounding nature and enable impressive landscape experiences and wonderful sunsets all year round. Everything here is geared towards rest, relaxation and enjoyment of the holiday. A magnificent view of the sea awaits you in the house, outside you can enjoy the extensive terrace and pool area completely undisturbed and unobtrusively. A variety of plants, including various types of palm and cactus of different sizes, olive trees and pineapples, create a lovely atmosphere around the elegant villa. With a bit of luck and patience, you can watch whales and dolphins from the terrace and enjoy the fascinating starry sky at night.

The focus of the architect's villa is the light-flooded designer kitchen with cooking island and integrated bar counter. The very well-equipped kitchen with its generous work surfaces and high-quality kitchen appliances from BOSCH (fridge and freezer, oven, induction stove and wine cabinet) paired with the wonderful view of the vastness of the sea invite you to enjoy cozy and relaxed cooking. The high-quality and large wine cabinet with two climate zones ensures that your wine is always at the perfect temperature. The extensive kitchen equipment also includes a portafilter espresso machine, a juice press, wine / champagne buckets and beautiful wine, cognac and whiskey glasses.

The living area offers you a cozy vintage leather couch with chaise longue and a spacious dining table with comfortable leather chairs. A 55-inch television (you can receive German, Spanish and other European channels via Astra satellite) with a swivel arm and integrated Internet connection (Smart TV functions such as Netflix) enables you to enjoy a wide range of television viewing. Whether you read, chat, watch TV, eat or drink - from everywhere you have a dreamlike infinity view over the pool deck to the Atlantic.

The two bedrooms with their individually connected en-suite bathrooms are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. This results in a lot of privacy and a separate terrace in front of the bedrooms. From both private rooms you have a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and also from the bathroom. The double beds (each 1.80 x 2.0 meters) offer maximum sleeping comfort. This is ensured by orthopedic natural rubber mattresses from German manufacture and anti-allergic treatment with neem tree seed extract. The different pillows and bedding are made of hypoallergenic material and all bed linen has organic certification. We want you to relax while you sleep!

The furniture in the outside area shows - as in the inside area - the highest quality. You will find luxury loungers with high-quality cushions that guarantee relaxed lounging. You can also expect a very high-quality outdoor sofa under a shaded wooden pergola, which invites you to linger and relax. In addition, there is a cozy dining and seating area available directly by the infinity pool, which is located directly at the exit of the living area to the pool deck and thus in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen. The pool area is surrounded by a high-quality and spacious real wood terrace made of thermo ash, which exudes a nice chill-out feeling.

The modern white infinity pool is particularly suitable for swimming due to its dimensions (3 x 9 meters). The skin-friendly salt water pool is electronically controlled and ensures an ideal pH value at all times. It can be heated by a heat pump via a photovoltaic system belonging to the villa, so that nothing stands in the way of swimming fun even in the winter months. However, due to the weather, we cannot guarantee ideal water temperatures at all times.

All cabinets in the living room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as the beds are made to measure from wood by a manufacturer.

And last but not least, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection: A 10.6 KWp photovoltaic system enables almost 100% self-sufficiency, while a reliable backup system ensures that there are no restrictions on the power supply. We have also added a charging station for electric cars to the installation. As a free service, we offer our guests the opportunity to charge their electric car with the available surplus energy. A drinking water filter system saves you the hassle of lugging water bottles and helps to avoid plastic. The waste system in the kitchen allows you to separate waste easily (meanwhile, waste separation and recycling is also taken care of on La Palma).
