La Palma 

The Villa Palomar is located in a quiet and secluded rural setting in a climatically preferred altitude of 390 meters above sea level on the Puntagorda coast in an approx. 8,000 m2 fenced finca in a unique location. The cliffs of the steep coast are only a 5-minute walk away. It is therefore in an ideal climatic zone and guarantees a gigantic view of the starry sky due to the absence of scattered light. The view to the west over the Atlantic is completely unobstructed and very impressive, both from the house and from the pool. Located below the village of Puntagorda, you can reach various supermarkets, a health food store, a bakery, various cafes and restaurants and a pharmacy in about 5 minutes. In about 10 minutes by car you can get to Puerto de Puntagorda, a small, rustic rocky bay where you can swim in the sea.

The modern and very cozy renovated Villa Palomar offers 65 sqm not only every comfort and luxury, but also from all rooms a spectacular view of the sea and the beautiful Atlantic coast. The 3x7 m private pool with a fantastic infinity view invites you to relax and swim. The outdoor area under the large Canarian palm tree consists of several stone terraces with a comfortable bench and a warm outdoor shower, as well as a large wooden deck with plenty of lounging space. Comfortable deck chairs and lounge furniture make a stay at the salt water pool a special experience. Here you have a 180 degree view of the glittering sea and a beautiful sunset all year round. The interiors, which have been renovated according to the most modern standards, are flooded with light thanks to enormous window areas and literally bring the wonderful nature into the house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom are equipped with high-quality fly screens. All rooms have underfloor heating so that comfortable living temperatures prevail in all seasons and in all weather conditions. From the indoor shower you can see the sea. The large, open kitchen-living area with winter garden includes a white Bosch kitchen with extra silence dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartments. The pots, dishes, cutlery and also the glasses are of brand quality and guarantee stylish cooking and eating. A rattan sofa with a glass table and a rattan deck chair invite you to read and linger. A large, curved screen also enables all German and foreign Astra programs on TV. The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic natural rubber mattresses, which adapt ideally to the individual body and ensure a relaxed sleep. The pillows and duvets are filled with silk and camel down and covered with organic bed linen, so that the best sleeping conditions are given in this climate zone. A cupboard, a comfortable chair and modern touch screen lights as well as a unique view over the avocado plantation and the sea complete this space for rest and relaxation. The bathroom impresses with a modern, floor-to-ceiling glass shower with rainwater shower head and a fantastic sea view over the window to the bedroom. Sink, toilet and all bathroom cabinets are German brand quality and offer enough space for all utensils. A hair dryer as well as hand and shower towels are available in the best organic quality. The house has a free and by local standards very fast WiFi. You can use the Bluetooth BOSE sound system on your mobile devices, e.g. smartphone, for individual musical wishes on the entire finca. The fenced-in finca area encompasses approx. 8,000 square meters with citrus fruits, olive trees, mangoes, agaves, figs, moringa, a cactus garden as well as palm trees and all kinds of ornamental plants. You are welcome to help yourself with existing fruits and enjoy the island in this way too!

And last but not least, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection: A 5.4 KWp photovoltaic system enables almost 100% self-sufficiency, while a reliable backup system ensures that there are no restrictions on the power supply. We have also added a charging station for electric cars to the installation. As a free service, we offer our guests the opportunity to charge their electric car with the available surplus energy. A drinking water filter system saves you the hassle of lugging water bottles and helps to avoid plastic. The waste system in the kitchen allows you to separate waste easily (meanwhile, waste separation and recycling is also taken care of on La Palma).
